LG - 3CM Royal Teak is a brown moderate-pattern quartz. Quartz is engineered from crushed quartz and resin. It never needs sealing and stays consistent slab to slab, but direct heat can mark it, so use trivets.
Example: a 45 sq ft kitchen needs about 2 slabs of LG - 3CM Royal Teak at this size. The install is 45 × $38 = $1,710, plus the slabs at the yard's price. A 60 sq ft kitchen with an island takes about 2 slabs and $2,280 in install.
Installation is $38 per square foot with the sink cutout included, plus the slab, priced from the yard's current list.
